Tell CPAN use wget only

vi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/CPAN/Config.pm, add:
'dontload_hash' => {"Net::FTP" => 1, "LWP" =>1 },

then o conf:

ftp ""
links ""
ncftp ""
ncftpget ""
wget /usr/bin/wget

o conf commit

have fun!
